  • You are pursuing a career in Entertainment Industry, possibly talent management and casting. You are energetic and social while remaining laid back and calm under pressure. You enjoy taking the initiative and doing whatever is needed to get the work done quickly and accurately, never saying things like ''that's not my job''. You are a natural organizer who is most content being very busy and productive and finding creative solutions to any problem. You love the entertainment industry and working with talent and creatives.

  • The internship is available to start at the beginning of each semester. We offer three terms per year: Fall, Spring, and Summer. It will run through until your designated end time for the semester provided by your College/University. Although, we may be able to accommodate applicants beginning earlier than their official start date of the semester. Dates are negotiable based on your availability, but we will need candidates confirmed two weeks before the start date.

  • -Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress)

    
-Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

    -A strong communicator, both written and verbal. Great grammar and a professional and friendly phone manner.


    -Proficient in the following software/media: Outlook, Adobe, Google (drive, forms, mail), Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Canva, Later, GoDaddy, Squarespace

    -Familiarity with ZOOM and Skype

    - Experience with photo/video/audio editing a plus

    - Educational and Work experience in Media/ Entertainment Industry a plus

    Compensation: College Credit at Accredited Institution

  • -Assist with selecting new talent candidates

    -Schedule and assist with talent meetings

    -Assist with project submissions, talent auditions and job bookings

    -Manage calendars for talent and lead agents

    -Develop, update and manage agency website and social media

    -Conduct industry research and report to lead agents

    -Heavy data entry and other administrative duties
